Two great Bristol eateries are seeking new employees ASAP.

Harvest Bakery is seeking morning and late afternoon help.

They’re looking to fill the following positions:

Front Counter Help (early morning and afternoon shifts): This position involves working with customers, taking orders and other duties as needed.

Early Morning Store Prep: Work mornings as early as 3:30am but normally 5:00am. This position includes packing orders for customers, getting the store ready to open and various other duties as needed.

Afternoon Closers: This early afternoon closing position would involve packaging and prepping orders, restocking the store, preparing for the next day, waiting on customers, etc.

Harvest Barkey is located at 84 Farmington Ave, Bristol, CT.

Another popular hot spot is Rodds Restaurant. They need a part time dishwasher ASAP — 3-4 days a week. 8am – 2pm

Rodds recently started “Rodds on the Go

Rodds on the Go is open until 7pm. It’s located at 850 Farmington Ave. It’s in the same Plaza with the original Rodds, two doors down.

They have tons of new dinners you can take home and heat up.

A few items include: Turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta and turkey meatloaf with steamed squash and quinoa, chicken parm, salads, stuffed breads, chicken marsala, stuffed peppers, hot dogs and beans and much more.

Road back open after fatal 3-car crash in Chaplin

CHAPLIN — Connecticut State Police said a three-car crash led to a fatality Tuesday morning. At around 6:30 a.m., State Police said they responded to the area of 359 Hampton Road in Chaplin for a three car crash.
