Downtown Brewery Inspired by Bristol Rising to Celebrate 4th Anniversary

It’s official, Firefly Hollow Brewing in downtown Bristol will celebrate their 4th Anniversary on October 21, 2107.

“We are very excited to celebrate with you. We’re hard at work on special release beers for you to enjoy. We’ll also have great food on hand and live music throughout the day. All of this will be included in the cost of your ticket.”

Firefly will be closed to the public that day, this will be a ticket only event.

This week:

On Thursday 8/3 Firefly will have Charm Quark IPA on tap and available in cans for sale. Also in cans is Cone Flakes IIPA and Toadstool Oat Stout.

Ziggy’s food truck will be here, so come and enjoy schnitzels and bratwurst with your favorite pint.

On Friday 8/4 Firefly will have a very special, experimental, Chocolate IIPA Cask of the Day.

Thier brewers are trying out a new recipe and blended the big orange and citrus hop flavors of a IIPA and loaded it up with rich cocoa nibs.

Give this experimental cask a try and let them know what you think.

On Saturday 8/5 Firefly will be joined by Ziggy’s food truck. Enjoy a juicy bratwurst and potato pancakes with your favorite beer. Don’t forget your growler fills and cans to go.

On Sunday 8/6 come down for an afternoon of great tunes with Dizzyfish, live from 2-4pm.

Bring your own food or enjoy fresh baked daily, Harvest Bakery soft pretzels, for sale in their taproom.
