Burlington Roundup – Septic Problem Fix to Shut Down Water at Cumberland Farms – Yes That Means No Coffee

Cumberland Farms Rt. 4 291 Spielman Hwy, Burlington

BURLINGTON — An ongoing septic problem at Cumberland Farms in Burlington will stop the flow of water that fuels the masses for their morning coffee fix.

The work will start on Tuesday, May 29 and is expected to be repaired within one to three days.

Crews at the store are prepared to explain the situation, but frustration from customers is expected. A corporate email was sent out to the local store about the temporary inconvenience.

Many locals who frequent the popular store have already noticed the public bathrooms have been closed for over a month. This is due in-part to the septic issue.

Once the repairs are made, regular services along with coffee flow will continue.

A corporate spokesperson for Cumberland Farms could not be reached.
