It’s American Craft Beer Week!  Here’s what Fire Fly has going on.

On Thursday 5/18 Fire Fly will have their crisp refreshing Ramshackle Golden Mild return on draft just in time for this warm weather. It is available by the pint in our taproom and for growler fills to go.

Cans of Cone Flakes IIPA and bottles of Dire Chinchilla Imperial Pale Ale will also be available for sale.

Sonny’s Grinders food truck will be there with fresh grinders, lettuce wraps, spring rolls and more.

On Friday 5/19 Fire Fly will have a release of Strange Quark IPA. 6.0%, Strange Quark combines a bold blend of Pacific Northwest and Oceanic hops with a neutral malt structure.Sharp impressions of pine resin, cedar, and pithy white grapefruit dance on the palate. Aggressive yet satisfying.  

Starting at 2pm, cans will be available for sale $10/four pack, Strange Quark will also be available on draft to enjoy in the taproom and to fill in growlers to take home. Cask of the Day for Friday is Ramshackle Golden Mild dry hopped with Mt. Hood hops.

The Family Pizza Truck will be there Friday too, enjoy fresh made to order wood-fired pizza with your favorite pint.

On Saturday 5/20 Fire Fly will have eight great draft offerings plus Ziggy’s Schnitzels and Brats food truck will on hand. Grab a juicy brat and potato pancakes to accompany your favorite Firefly Hollow beer.

Sunday 5/21 is Namaste Sunday. For $25 cash, join Kirby from 10:45-11:45am for an hour of yoga and enjoy a beer of choice after (included).

KENT — Students are expected to return this week to a private boarding school in Kent that was evacuated because of flooding.
