Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center located at One Pleasant Street in Bristol has openings for the 2017-2018 academic year in our Early Learning School. Our unique NAEYC accredited, Reggio Emilia inspired state licensed Early Learning Center offers an affordable, quality School Readiness Preschool Program.

Tuition is based on a sliding fee scale, and Care 4 Kids is accepted. Our Reggio Emilia inspired classroom curriculum is enhanced by our twelve interactive museum studios which serve as an extension of the classroom providing intentional teaching opportunities and hands on learning experiences.

Our highly qualified, degreed teachers implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum utilizing the State of CT Early Learning and Development Standards. Our program is open to residents living in and around Bristol.

A family membership to the Museum Studios is also provided upon enrollment in our Early Learning School. If you register for the Fall by June 1st you will receive two weeks of free tuition. For further information including a tour of our school please call (860) 314-1400 x 100.

Additional $2 million released for electric vehicle rebates

HARTFORD — The state of Connecticut is releasing $2 million in additional funding to continue a consumer rebate program for residents, businesses and municipalities that purchase or least eligible electric vehicles. Under the Connecticut Hydrogen and Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate Program, consumers can receive cash rebates ranging from $750 to $5,000. Trump delays policy on importing elephant parts

President Donald Trump says he’s delaying a new policy allowing the body parts of African elephants shot for sport to be imported until he can review “all conservation facts.” The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said Thursday that it will allow the importation of body parts from African elephants shot for sport. SOUTH GLASTONBURY —  This evening was a special night for the non-profit group- Intercommunity who celebrated 40 years of helping the Greater Hartford community. FOX61’s Jenn Bernstein and Lorenzo Hall joined Friday night’s celebration in South Glastonbury for their largest fundraiser of the year. The organization is a community based health organization and it provides same-day access to primary care, mental health and addiction services, and helps thousands of families every year regardless of their ability to pay for services.
