Health Department Releases March Restaurant Inspection Scores

The Bristol-Burlington Health Department regularly inspect businesses serving food to ensure restaurants and other food retail outlets are following safe food handling procedures.

Connecticut regulates how often these inspections take place, and what specific items the inspectors look for, but, in general, health inspectors check that safeguards are in place to protect food from contamination by food handlers, cross-contamination, and contamination from other sources in the restaurant.

Monthly inspection reports are released to the public online at The Bristol-Burlington Health Department website or in person.

BOSTON — A Boston museum has doubled its reward to $10 million for information that leads to the return of 13 works of art stolen in 1990 in the largest art heist in U.S. history. Uber joins up with McDonald’s for delivery in Connecticut

You will soon be able to get McDonald’s delivered. Uber is already working with McDonald’s in several cities across the country. FOX61 has learned that Uber is telling drivers that McDonald’s will soon be a participating restaurant in Connecticut. Uber-eats lets you order food through its app, and one of the company’s drivers, who are already out on the road, will bring it to you. Uber has not specified a start date.
