Police Officer Promoted to Detective

Detectives Robert Osborne, Ryan Kulig and Chief Brian Gould.

On Friday, March 24, 2017 Officers Robert Osborne and Ryan Kulig were promoted to the rank of detective. The ceremony took place at City Council chambers with family, friends and colleagues attending.

Congratulations to both Detectives Osborne and Kulig on their promotions.

MONTVILLE — A 17-year-old was arrested after a violent home invasion in Montville. State Police say the 17-year-old was arrested after turning himself into his probation officer.
