Wheeler Health & Wellness Center in Bristol will host four free community events during the month of January.

Cholesterol: The “Good” and The “Bad” – January 9, 12 and 13:

In an effort to reduce community members’ risk of a heart attack and stroke, the Wheeler Health & Wellness Centers hosts “Cholesterol: the ‘Good’ and the ‘Bad.”  Subrina Razah, RN, nurse educator, will discuss management of cholesterol and triglyceride numbers through diet and lifestyle changes.

Monday, January 9 from 5–6 pm at the Wheeler Health & Wellness Center, 10 North Main Street, Bristol

Thursday, January 12 from 10–11 am at the Wheeler Health & Wellness Center, 75 North Mountain Road, New Britain

Friday, January 13 from 11 am–12 pm at the Wheeler Health & Wellness Center, 999 Asylum Avenue, Hartford 

Open House – Friday, January 27:

The Wheeler Health & Wellness Center hosts an Open House on Friday, January 27 from 10 am–4 pm at 10 North Main Street, Bristol. Tour the Wheeler Health & Wellness Center and receive free blood pressure and Body Mass Index screenings.
