Visions For Vacancies: The Shoppes at Larson’s Farm

The Shoppes at Larson's Farm

The Shoppes at Larson’s Farm

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building that is for lease or for sale and ask you to tell me what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there?

What would be the best use for the community?

Today’s Visions For Vacancies is pad site at The Shoppes at Larson’s Farm.

The pad site is perfect for retail and/or a franchise restaurant ground lease opportunity next to LA Fitness, Sonic and Chili’s Restaurant.

So, what would you like to see there?

Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!

Visions For Vacancies is only the featured name of this series of posts and does not necessarily mean the highlighted property is vacant.
