Visions For Vacancies: Forestville Commons

Forestville Commons

Forestville Commons

Periodically, I’ll feature a commercial building, business or lot for lease and or for sale and ask you what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep.

If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

This edition of Visions For Vacancies is Forestville Commons.

Forestville Commons is anchored by Stop & Shop on Pine Street and the newly built Rt. 72 boulevard. The plaza owner — Carpenter Companies — will build to suit opportunities for a free standing 10,488 sf building and an approve pad location on a corner lot with a drive-thru of 1,750 sf.

So, what would you like to see there?

Tell me on the Bristol Roundup Facebook page.

Know of a vacant building I should highlight? Let me know!

Quick Note: Visions For Vacancies is only the name in this series of posts about commercial  properties and does not necessarily mean the featured property is vacant.
